Interactive brunch benefits United Way of Miami-Dade
Miami chefs Timon Balloo (Sugarcane), Antonio Bachour (St. Regis Bal Harbour) and Makoto Okuwa (Makoto) will lead a three-course interactive brunch on Sept. 20 to benefit the United Way of Miami-Dade.
Build Your Own Brunch takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the InterContinental Miami. A spot costs $100 and includes Tito’s Vodka cocktails and Wynwood Brewing Co. beers. Proceeds benefit the United Way; this event is being organized by the group’s Young Leaders board.
