Michelle Bernstein to bring a little Crumb on Parchment to Miami Dolphins games
When the Miami Dolphins take the field against the New England Patriots on Sunday, Sept. 7, you can take in a meal from Michelle Bernstein.
The James Beard Award-winning chef will have an outpost of Crumb on Parchment, her popular Design District bakery-café, open during Dolphins home games.
“I just signed [on] yesterday,” Bernstein said during a media tasting introducing new food items for the upcoming football season at Sun Life Stadium Tuesday afternoon.
The menu is not your typical stadium fare. It includes a crumb turkey sandwich, served on a pretzel roll ($12), a vegetarian sandwich with carrots, picked radish, sprouts, avocado and cheddar ($12), plus a kale and quinoa salad topped with chili lime vinaigrette ($11).
Only fans with a club level ticket, which start around $200, can access Bernstein’s stadium eatery, which will be located at Section 213.
Those with a Dolphins Prime club level ticket can enjoy more food from the Johnson & Wales University graduate, as the included gourmet buffet will feature two of Bernstein’s yet to be finalized creations, which are “likely to change with games,” according to a Miami Dolphins spokesperson.
Outside of her football-situated venue, Bernstein has a couple more plays drawn up. In the coming months the Miami native is set to open a new restaurant, Seagrape, at the new Thompson Miami Beach Hotel, as well as a revitalized Michy’s.
