Drink rosé all day at Smith & Wollensky

Smith & Wollensky
The vibe
Having just undergone an extensive renovation, including a new overlook deck with waterfront views, Smith & Wollensky has served as a Miami Beach staple for two decades. Featuring indoor and outdoor seating and an expanded indoor bar and lounge, its new second story terrace will host live entertainment during the evenings Thursday through Sunday.
The deal
Wine lovers, rejoice! Through the month of June, enjoy a flight of three specially selected white or rosé wines for just $25. The white wine flight features Bodega Colomé torrontes, Schloss Johannisberg riesling, and Louis Latour Montagny 1er Cru “la Grande Roche” chardonnay. The rosé flight features Chateau d’Esclans Whispering Angel, Domaine De Cala Classic, and Domaine De Cala Prestige.
Something to sip
If you’re in the mood for something stronger, try Smith & Wollensky’s new pear ginger martini, made with Grey Goose La Poire vodka, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, Bols elderflower liqueur and apple juice.
Something to savor
While steaks at Smith & Wollensky are obviously star attractions, for something light and shareable we recommend the tuna tartare, served with avocado, cucumber, ponzu and lotus root, and the rib eye carpaccio, served with dry-aged prime rib cap, arugula, Parmesan, lemon oil. If you have room for an entree, try the wagyu sirloin, a decadent Snake River Farms American wagyu sirloin created by corporate chef Matt King, featuring togarashi hollandaise, pickled radishes and shiitakes, served on a Himalayan salt block.
