CATCH Miami to open at the James Royal Palm this January

South Beach gets a fresh dose of seafood this month as Top Chef Hung Huynh opens CATCH Miami at the James Royal Palm Hotel. The 4,000-square-foot, “global influenced” seafood spot will feature raw, rolled, cold, large format and simply grilled dishes – think crispy whole snapper, Cantonese lobster, crunchy rice cakes and a new-for-Miami Shorecrest sushi roll (spicy tuna, cucumber and salsa verde). The two-story restaurant will seat 175, offer indoor and outdoor dining and be outfitted with high top cocktail counters, a cork-lined ceiling, oversized copper drum lamps and hand painted murals.
