Those who will attend Food Entrepreneurs Dish! definitely have stopped to mull over at least one of the aforementioned, some of which may be explained from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, May 2 at Wynwood Yard. There are two different panels: The first is Driving Cultural Change, featuring Zak the Baker’s Zak Stern; Stanzione 87 and Ash by Stanzione 87’s Franco Stanzione and Sakaya Kitchen, Blackbrick Chinese, Dim Ssäm à gogo, Bird & Bone’s Richard Hales, the OG of Miami’s modern day food scene. The second panel, The Art of Culinary Innovation, features Zest Miami and Ortanique on the Mile’s Cindy Hutson, another OG of Miami’s gastro-scene; Eileen Andrade of FINKA Table and Tap; Isabel Garcia of Cacao Art CHocolates and Javier Ramierz of Alter, Cake Thai Kitchen and Bachour Baker & Bistro.
