Game of Thrones-inspired dishes at Beaker & Gray
Dinner is coming — and Beaker & Gray sends its regards.
For the week leading up to the return of the HBO series Game of Thrones, Wynwood’s Beaker & Gray, recently earning three-and-a-half stars from The Miami Herald, is creating special themed dishes throughout the day, from today until the premiere on April 24.
Lunch will feature a Valyrian Grinder ($14) made with pulled mutton, village bread and “Valyrian mushroom and wildfire.” Ribs of the North ($17), lamb ribs with dragon fruit and wild berries, highlight the dinner menu.
In honor of the miopic Prince Oberyn Martell, they will offer a cocktail named Manticore Venum (“Tyroshi Pear” brandy, blackberry wine and “Fruits of Essos”), available for lunch and dinner.
Don’t sleep on the Red Wedding Donuts ($11), but make sure the lawyer sitting next to you isn’t wearing chain mail under his long-sleeve shirt.
