Opening “in the coming weeks” in Wynwood is GK Bistronomie, a Peruvian restaurant run by chef/partner Rafael Perez, who has owned four restaurants in Ecuador including one named by Relais & Chateaux as one of the top 300 restaurants in the world. From 2006-2009, Perez was executive sous chef at the restaurant at Little Palm Island Resort & Spa. He also worked at the Setai as sous chef back in 2005.
GK Bistronomie will serve “globally inspired Peruvian cuisine,” and feature an exhibition style kitchen and indoor/outdoor bar offering “an impressive selection of Pisco infusions,” says a rep.
