The Deering Estate Foundation’s 14th annual Wine on Harvest Moon returns Saturday, Oct. 24, with the theme Spirits, Spells & American Lore. The food-and-wine event is from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Deering Estate, 16701 SW 72nd Ave., in Palmetto Bay.
The historic Deering Estate, a Miami-Dade County park, will welcome philanthropists and food enthusiasts for Wine on Harvest Moon, taking guests on a coast-to-coast journey through America’s culinary, literary and cocktail-y past. A Mark Twain-inspired Southern saloon with bourbon bar and a California-themed rock-n-roll region are on tap, pairing history with corresponding drinks and bites.
