8. Talde: Top Chef contestant and New York restaurateur Dale Talde’s Miami Beach outpost is now open nightly for dinner (including late-night weekend hours) at the new Thompson Hotel. 9. Nobu: Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s high-end, modern Japanese restaurant has officially moved from its previous home at the Shore Club to its new digs at the Edec Roc. 4525 Collins Ave., Miami Beach; 305-695-3232, @nobumiamibeach.
