BLT Prime, MIA Brewing team up for craft beer dinner in Doral
Two Doral favorites, MIA Brewing Co. and BLT Prime Miami, are partnering to present a five-course craft beer dinner at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 at BLT Prime, 4400 NW 87th Ave.
Hosted by Miami Herald and Miami.com food editor Evan Benn, the night will feature chef de cuisine Dustin Ward’s beer-inspired creations, including foie gras with black cherry “pop rocks,” braised pork shoulder, short ribs with smoked bone marrow, chocolate stout cake and more.
