Load up on Southern favorites at Chef Richard Hales’ Bird & Bone this Thanksgiving. The Confidante hotspot will offer a three-course $50 prix-fixe dinner menu featuring a mix of restaurant favorites and holiday classics, like butternut squash soup, slow roasted turkey, and pecan chocolate tart. This Thanksgiving, Jaya’s Executive Chef Vijay Veena will curate an elaborate brunch buffet including traditional and non-traditional dishes — not to mention Jaya’s legendary Chinese dim sum menu. Prime 112, Prime Italian and Prime Fish will open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day to serve their own signature Thanksgiving Day menus. Standouts include Kobe beef and sausage stuffing, southern fried turkey leg with gravy, sweet potato cupcakes with marshmallow frosting and a slow roasted natural turkey with cranberries and gravy. If Uruguayan flavors are up your alley, head to Quinto la Huella for a four-course Thanksgiving meal. Priced at $58 per person, the meal includes two glasses of wine and will be offered from 6-11 p.m. Some dishes on the menu include roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy and herb crusted rib roast, Brussels sprouts with smoked bacon and brown butter sage roasted squash.

If you’re in Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood, Local House will be serving a three course menu with a choice of starters like corn fritters, smoked salmon deviled eggs or roasted Brussels sprouts, followed by entrees like butternut squash risotto, smoked quarter chicken with rosemary roasted potatoes, and of course a special roasted turkey breast with creamed mushroom filling. Jonesing for an upscale fete on this day of thanks? BLT Prime is your spot. The modern American steakhouse will serve a buffet-style collection of cheeses, charcuterie, salads, bread, and seafood, along with carving stations and pasta selections served across three seatings (12-3 p.m., 3-6 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.) priced at $98 for adults and $45 for children age 6-11. Get your bubbly on with a Thanksgiving brunch at Habitat from noon – 4 p.m. The brunch buffet will include a baker station, a salad station, a sushi bar station, an omelet station, a chef station, and a chef line and pastry shop. It’s all priced at $90 per person (kids get to enjoy a separate buffet at half price). Outside, diners can enjoy Thanksgiving-themed nuts in Habitat’s chic trailer. Located at the Fontainebleau, American brasserie Vida will serve an autumnal buffet in a more casual setting from 2-9 p.m. The buffet is priced at $59 for adults and $29.50 for kids age 12 and younger.

Cue the views of the Miami River and bring on the meat — Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Brickell will serve up a four-course prix fixe menu with seasonal items such like butternut squash soup with ginger essence, traditional roast turkey served with vegetable stuffing and homemade pumpkin pie. Located at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, this brand new Italian trattoria will be open for it’s first Thanksgiving this year with a brunch buffet priced at $35 per person from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. What’s more, kids under the age of 12 will receive 50% off.
The W Miami will offer a $55 three-course Thanksgiving brunch menu at its newly launched restaurant, AddiKT. Available from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on November 22, Thanksgiving Day. We’re most excited about the roasted fig and pecan brie frisee salad. Make your brunch boozy with $25 bottomless mimosas or $35 bottomless champagne.
