This weekend the Grand Tasting Village at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival will be the epicenter of where food, wine, beer, spirits and all kinds of foodies converge for one glorious bacchanal. Make sure to scroll down to enter for a chance to win a pair of tickets for Sunday. And when you go, here’s who you are likely to see there:
1. Food Bloggers
Oh, oh, ohhhhh — did you get a good pic? Right lighting, dope angle? Awesome! Now please move away from the sampling table so the rest of us can get some damn food.

2. New Yorkers
These people have their own Wine & Food Festival, but they still insist on invading ours. Listen for telltale name-drops: “Per Se,” “David Chang,” “bagels.” As in, “OMG, I forgot to tell you I saw David Chang last time I was eating at Per Se! Can you believe how terrible the bagels are in Miami compared to The City?”
3. Dancing Drunk Girl
Is this SOBEWFF or Bonnaroo? If you and your peasant skirt don’t stop spinning to music that isn’t playing, this won’t be the last we see of that rum & coke you’re downing.
4. Celeb Chefs
Psych! The A-listers are chillin’ in the green room, letting M&Ms melt in their mouths. Their culinary school grunts are the ones out in the tents, doling out scraps to the masses.
5. That Guy You Dated. Once.
The one who didn’t leave a tip when you went to dinner. Who kept calling himself a foodie and his steak “Flavortown.” Yeah, him. He’s here. With seven tasting glasses on a lanyard around his neck and wine stains on his shirt — stay away.
6. Lee Brian Schrager
The festival’s head honcho makes frequent visits to check on the tents. It’s easy to spot him darting around in a golf cart on the sand; bonus points for finding him walking about the crowds.
7. The Special Request People
“Is this cake gluten-free?” “Do you have a vegan version of this slider?” “I’m kind of doing the whole Paleo thing right now? Do you have anything like that I could eat?” No. Go away.
