The Raleigh Hotel is moving on with a new restaurant menu.
Six months after it parted ways with chef/restaurateur Michael Schwartz, the hotel announced a new menu beginning Wednesday by chef Jose Icardi, who also is the executive chef at Katsuya at the SLS South Beach next door.

So-called “Miami American” is the menu’s new style, according to the restaurant, which highlighted new items such as blue-crab stuffed Maine lobste and braised short ribs. A take on a Cuban eggs benedict and dessert made from Wynwood Brewing’s Pop’s porter are among some other items.
