The very antithesis of its military college namesake in South Carolina, Miami’s forthcoming Citadel, 8330 NE 2nd Ave., slated to debut in 2017, is a “culinary and design hub serving as a creative work space for the city’s brightest visionaries and entrepreneurs . . . [featuring] pop-ups uniquely created by favorite local eateries, rotating style outlets, and emerging creative agencies all under the same roof.”
As a preview of things to come, the place is hosting The Ultimate Brunch starting at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 3 featuring brunchworthy edibles by Threefold Café, The Morgans Food Truck, LOBA, Bachour Bakery & Bistro, Proper Sausages, Pinch Kitchen, NIU Kitchen, Fooq’s, 26 Sushi & Tapas, Bocce, FINKA Table + Tap, Mad Chiller, and Vice City Bean.
