Club + Bars

A lavish happy hour spot for Beach goers

The bar

The vibe

With a laid-back downstairs area that feels more like a chic living room than a restaurant, a gorgeous formal upstairs seating area, and a gilded hidden bar, Byblos offers the best of three worlds.

Something to sip

Perfect for sharing, the Byblos Miami spiked tea (also known as the Habib Marguerite), combines chili syrup, lime, strawberry tea, Lapsang tea, Avion Reposado, cilantro and a dash of liquid nitrogen for a flawless blend of spice and sweetness.

Other sips

If you’re visiting with friends, order a Byblos Gulab, made with Absolut Elyx vodka, pomegranate syrup, fresh lemon, and rose essence. It comes served in a giant tea pot so there’s plenty to share. If you’re a bourbon fan who’s not keen on sharing, go for the Byblos Old Fashioned, made with bourbon, rum, bitters and house blended Turkish coffee.

Something to savor

Designed tapas style for sharing, Byblos’ menu offerings are heavy on flavor and price tags. If you’re feeling adventurous, the Lamb Rib and the Black Truffle Pide are a must.
