Rooftop garden and international cocktails at Sugar bar at EAST Miami
The bar
Sugar at EAST Miami
The vibe
Designed to resemble a lush and whimsical oasis, this rooftop bar at EAST Miami aims to make you feel as though you’re lounging at a chic, invite-only garden party. Lights strung haphazardly from tree to tree twinkle overhead. Oversized lawn chairs beg to be curled up in, and Brickell’s dazzling urban landscape sprawls out far below. This is glam to the max.
Something to sip
Sugar’s cocktail menu focuses on light and refreshing drinks featuring tropical and Asian influences. A crowd favorite, the Lychee Blossom includes fresh pressed lychee juice, Hakutsuru Excellent Junmai Sake, and Russian Standard Vodka.

Other sips
Blending Ypioca Crystal Cachaca, p3+ expressed juice, agave and lime, the Sunset Samba will transport you to the beaches of Brazil. Meanwhile, fans of gin can opt for the East Of Miami, featuring Plymouth gin, green tea, and jackfruit.
Chili Parador
Something to savor
Sugar’s food menu offers a wide range of small Asian-inspired tapas and sharing plates, like the Tamarind Glazed Beef Satay, made with candlenuts, coriander, fried shallot, lime, and palm sugar, and the Grilled Prawns, made with Balinese spices and green mango sambal. Other noteworthy bites include the Boneless Korean Chicken Wings, made with sesame seeds, chili and peanuts, and the Tuna Tartare on Rice Krupuc, made with Thai chili, jicama and lime.
