5 places every pisco lover should try
All the way from Peru and Chile, pisco has been causing quite a stir in Miami’s mixology scene. If you, too, have been bitten by the pisco bug, hit up and of these must-try pisco bars to sate your craving for the unique muscat grape-made white brandy.
1. Coya
Representing the spirit of Latin America, Coya’s Miami flagship in Brickell offers a wide variety of piscos and craft pisco cocktails.

2. Pisco y Nazca
This ceviche gastrobar offers a range of distinct, unique, and refreshing cocktails made with pisco, ranging from a traditoinal Pisco Sour to the sweet and quirky Pisco Punch, made with Inca Cola.

3. SuViche
SuViche’s Pisco Bar at its Wynwood and Las Olas locations offers over 15 kinds of “Macerados,” a.k.a. home-made pisco infused fresh fruits, herbs and spices. Guests can also try a selection of sours, chilcanos, alcohol-infused gummy bears and more.

4. La Mar by Gaston Acurio
Okay so it’s not a standard pisco bar, but this Peruvian restaurant inside the Mandarin Oriental features some killer pisco cocktails. We suggest trying either a traditional Pisco Sour or the Piscojito, a spin on the classic mojito that features barsol acholado, lime, fresh mint and the option of several fruit flavor infusions.

5. CVI.CHE 105
Although best known for its Peruvian fare, CVI.CHE 105 also boasts some excellent pisco cocktails, ranging from tradiditional classics to cool craft creations, like their Cesar Vallejo, an homage to one of Peru’s finest poets made with Pisco 105, St. Germain, cucumbers, mint, lime, sugar and club soda.
