The Vibe
A modern rustic oasis, Quinto La Huella is a lush hidden garden amid Brickell’s soaring towers of steel and glass. Designed by Studio Collective and helmed by Executive Chef Nano Crespo, the first-ever outpost of the award-winning Parador La Huella delivers a diverse blend of South American and even Asian inspired dishes to Brickell’s well-heeled urbanites.
Something to sip
Simultaneously sweet and tart, the Sesame Sling is an exotic breath of fresh air as cocktails go. Great for a summer sip on a warm Florida day, it’ll both refresh you and tease your tastebuds.
Other sips
The Chili Parador is for imbibers who like to blend sweetness and spice, featuring Don Julio Reposado, Tannat Wine, Thai Chili, and fresh lime juice. The Lychee Blossom caters to sweet tooths. Light and fruity, it features Hakutsuru Excellen Junmai Sake, Absolut vodka, and lychee juice. For something stronger and darker, opt for the New Age Negroni, made with Botanist Gin, Aperol, and Noilly Prat Rouge.

Something to savor
Executive Chef Nano Crespo’s creation draws from a wealth of ethnic culinary influences, ranging from Latin American to Asian. Land and sea come together at Quinto La Huella through favorites like the Provologne, the Tiradito de Pescado (a refreshing ceviche), and Volcan de Dulce Leche, which oozes custard from its center like a true volcano.
