The story: The sleek and spacious bar area at Klima is designed for lounging on hot summer days. It’s super-cool inside the Spanish eatery where spectacular Catalan-Mediterranean fare flies out of the kitchen. The drink to order is the Mojito Illegal, and once you see it you’ll know why. Klima’s version, served over crushed ice, glows with the help of a house-made mint syrup. The bartenders are not shy with the sprigs of mint and the fragrance the leaves give off is almost as intoxicating as the drink’s white rum.
