It’s a velvety combination of vanilla vodka, house-made coffee liqueur, and two shots of liquid fuel (aka Cuban coffee). The potent ingredients are shaken and poured into a traditional cafetera (percolator) — then served up in a cocktail glass with a touch of froth and a sugar rim.
