The story: At Buns & Buns, the trendy South Miami hangout known for fine dining for less than $20 in less than 20 minutes, a globally inspired food menu is complemented by beer and wine, as well as refreshing sake cocktails like the Spicy Passion (sake, Dolin Vermouth, house-made jalapeno syrup and fresh passion fruit puree). It’s been the most popular since its debut on the menu last month as it pairs well with the sweet and sour pork belly bun served with chicharron and pickled slaw. Expect a smooth and bright drink thanks to relationship between the powerful passion fruit flavor and the dryness of the vermouth.
