The revamped list is the brainchild of bar manager Fraser Hamilton and owner Dan Binkiewicz. They’re excited to launch a ‘draft’ cocktail program with the help of The 86 Co., an award-winning independent line of spirits.
First on tap is the Long Island Iced Tea, featuring Aylesbury Duck Vodka, Fords Gin, Caña Brava Rum, Tequila Cabeza, Cointreau, lime juice and Coca-Cola for $13.
An evolving list of cocktails will also be prepared, carbonated, and bottled in-house for $10 each. The selection will change daily as Blackbird is committed to using locally sourced and fresh ingredients as much as possible.
With a $20 donation to Philanthrofest, guests will gain access to Thursday’s party wherein all cocktails are complimentary and music by the Jacob Jeffries Band starts at 8 p.m. in the outdoor courtyard. Purchase tickets online for a small fee.
