You’ll find all ages and all walks of life at Sweet Liberty, from suits to artist-types. Sleek, laid back, and effortlessly cool, it’s a cocktail den with a refined menu and the personality of a local dive bar.

Something to sip

Sweet Liberty’s cocktail menu offers something for every taste, starting with The Velvet Sideswipe, a blend of sweet pineapple and Agave, tangy citrus, and smoky Mezcal, $13.

Other sips

Combining Zu vodka, apple juice, Aperol, citrus and cinnamon, the Baby Bison is a small yet powerful potion reminiscent of winter ($13). Or, find a refreshing twist on the classic cucumber martini in the Collins Park Sour, made with Ford’s Gin, Crème de Peche, lemon juice, orange blossom, egg white and matcha ($12).

Something to savor

For a larger appetizer, there are the cauliflower nachos, with blended cheesy sauce, avocado crema, cilantro, radishes, green chilies and fire roasted cauliflower ($15). For a smaller solo-portion, there are the Buns of Liberty Burger ($16) or the Cuban Torta, with 12-hour braised pork belly, jamon Serrano, house pickles, charred jalapeno aioli and melting Swiss ($14).

The Recipe

Velvet Sideswipe

1 1/2 ounces of Mezcal Vida

1 1/2 ounces of pineapple juice

1/2 ounce of lemon juice

1/2 ounce of Agave Dry

Drizzle of vermouth
