The new members-only supper club Dinner Lab has achieved near legendary status by now among Miami’s foodie community. In partnership with Bombay Sapphire, the experience aims to connect daring diners with rising star chefs in an original pop-up setting. After a brief hiatus, Dinner Lab will return to Miami Friday, December 18 for another culinary adventure. This month’s star chef is native Brazilian Vitor Lara of Vex Culinary, and the theme is Boteco: Night Food in Modern Brazil. The menu will include Pao de Queijo, Salada Acaraje, Seared Scallop Bobo, Moqueca, Feijoada and an assortment of Street Sweets. Featured cocktails of the evening will include the Red Sapphire Sunrise and the Bombay Mule. Dinner is at 7:30 p.m. The location is still to be announced.
