The woman responsible for birthing Cristiano Ronaldo caused quite the stir in Pompano Beach on Monday.

On Instagram, Vinhus Restaurant and Grill’s owner Priscilla Caracitas shared a clip of Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro at the Portuguese restaurant’s entrance. A female customer right behind the 71-year-old matriarch grabs her mouth in shock.

Waving and smiling, Aveiro, accompanied by a burly gentleman, takes a seat at a table bedecked with a bouquet of roses, ready to tuck into some cuisine from her native country.

Caracitas writes that it was “an honor” to host the futbol legend’s mom: “Having someone who represents such an important part of Portuguese culture walk through our doors is a moment of great pride for our family and our team.”

The Broward establishment’s page also includes a picture of the owner outside posing with Aveiro, along with her other dining guests who included Ronaldo’s two older sisters Kátia, 48, and Elma, 47. (It’s unclear if older brother Hugo, 51, was in attendance.)

At an age many average humans would retire, Mama Aveiro (whose husband and father of her four kids, José Dinis Aveiro, died in 2005), is definitely having a moment. She’s actually become a bit of an influencer herself, and helps out in the kitchen at the family restaurant Casa Aveiro in Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil.

As CR7’s fans already, know, Aveiro has been a fixture at his games all over the world, and helps raise his five kids with fiancée, Spanish influencer Georgina Rodriguez, 32.

Most recently, abuela is witnessing the superstar striker compete in his sixth and final World Cup. On Saturday night, Aveiro rocked her youngest child’s jersey at the Portugal vs. Colombia match at Hard Rock Stadium, which ended in a 0-0 draw.

On Instagram, the Madeira native shared a behind-the-scenes snap to her 4.7 million followers from a VIP box.

“Being the mother of a story that marks generations is the greatest gift life has given me. There were difficult, but fundamental decisions made,” reads the post. “My lack of knowledge was never greater than my instinct. We came from humble beginnings and moved forward, bigger than ever … Until the very end.”
