He’s Rocky, Rambo, The Demolition Man — invincible.

That’s why fans of Sylvester Stallone were likely so surprised to see the muscleman’s most recent Instagram post.

On Monday, Stallone, 79, shared an anniversary picture with his wife of 29 years, Jennifer Flavin.

The two, who bought a mega-mansion in Palm Beach in 2020, married in London on May 17, 1997.

In the latest snap, the former model, 57, sits on the action hero’s lap and holds up a drink in celebration as he rests one hand on a cane.

“You give my life meaning!” said the movie icon’s caption.

While congratulations poured in for the parents of three, other followers couldn’t help but show their concern.

“Sylvester Stallone relies on a cane!???” someone commented. “I mean he’s 79 years old. People don’t even live to be 79 these days! You’re still a beast in my eyes.”

So, what gives?

Pain.

In a 2024 interview on his reality show “The Family Stallone,” the Hollywood legend revealed he never fully recovered from doing his own stunts on 2010’s “The Expendables,” which he directed. During a violent fight scene, wrestler “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, 18 years younger, body slams Stallone against a wall. The impact dislocated his shoulders and fractured his neck. Stallone, who has since undergone several surgeries since, admitted he’s never been the same physically.

“I did stupid stuff,” the Oscar nominee admitted in the reality show confessional. “Like an idiot, I’m doing take 10, take whatever, and I remember one slam, and I could actually feel one bang ... I never recovered from it.”

The cane shouldn’t be a huge shock to his hardcore fans, though. The “Tulsa King” star debuted the walking stick on the red carpet at the Kennedy Center Honors last December when he was feted by President Donald Trump, his part-time South Florida neighbor.

“Sly is using a cane due to back surgery,” the actor’s rep explained at the time. “He appreciates everyone’s concern and support.”
