Lisa Hochstein may be officially divorced, but her legal issues continue to rage on.

And now there’s a warrant for the “Real Housewives of Miami” star’s arrest thanks to her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.

According to court records, the 43-year-old mother of two is facing one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications, a felony.

The charge stems from a 3-year-old alleged incident, the U.S. Sun reports, when the plastic surgeon known as Boob God claimed Lisa planted at least one “listening device” under the bottom of the driver’s seat of his brand new Mercedes Maybach SUV. The electronic gadget, the doctor alleged, was meant to “monitor” his “nonpublic” communications and phone calls.

Lenny Hochstein, who kept the multimillion dollar marital home on Star Island in the bitter split, alerted the Miami Beach Police Department.

“There is no truth to that,” her rep said at the time. “What nonsense.”

The Bravolebrity’s ex-boyfriend, fellow Canadian Jody Glidden, is caught up in the same mess, and facing the same charge. A warrant was issued for the 52-year-old businessman last month. He was taken into custody in Miami Beach on Sunday, April 12, and released hours later on $5,000 bond. Glidden pleaded not guilty and is demanding a jury trial.

Records viewed by the Miami Herald say that between March 12-31, 2023, the then-couple was accused of violating Florida Statute 934.03, which prohibits intentionally intercepting communications without legal authorization.

Jayne Weintraub, Hochstein’s lawyer, and Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, Glidden’s lawyers, tell TMZ that this case is nothing more of a he-said, she-said type thing, “War of the Roses” style.

“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” said their statement.

We reached out to “RHOM” OG, but she could not comment, only telling us the story was “developing this afternoon.”
