Mauricio Umansky has been making waves on the Internet lately. But all the attention has nothing to do with his former role on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” (more on that later).

Umansky, a longtime fan of NYC menswear brand ARI, teamed up for a collaboration and let’s just say the modeling pictures were fire.

In two of the more viral pictures, the 55-year-old hunk poses in a snuggly fur coat, unbuttoned, showing off his impossibly toned chest. In another, he rocks black leather pants and biker boots, paired with a white muscle T.

On Wednesday night, Umansky sported some of the label’s sleek duds in the flesh at the ARI store, located at 1 Hotel Miami Beach, at an event celebrating the new campaign. Lucky guests included fellow “Housewives” stars Julia Lemigova and Alexia Echevarria.

An insider told the Miami Herald Umansky was the life of the party, getting behind the DJ station, taking selfies, drinking Subourbon Life cocktails and even dancing on the table at one point (Page Six has photographic proof).

No, the single father of four, who is legally separated from RHOBH’s Kyle Richards, did not unleash his abs at any point, wanting to keep things “professional,” we were told.

Makes sense, sadly. Umansky also has a ton of other projects he’s working on. The luxury real estate broker has launched a new company called The Agency Art House, facilitating sales of artwork for people’s homes.

Other ventures? Umansky’s brokerage just opened its seventh office in the Sunshine State, The Agency Florida Keys, in Key West.

“Florida continues to show clear demand for our brand as buyers from across the U.S. and abroad are drawn to the state’s privacy, waterfront lifestyle, and tax-friendly investment opportunities,” said Umansky in a statement.

Here’s to hoping we will see the TV personality more often around these parts.
