One thing you can always count on about Nikki Spoelstra. She pulls no punches, like literally zero.

In a new Instagram post about being a “transparent girlie,” Erik Spoelstra’s ex answers all of her followers’ burning questions on how she looks so fantastic.

The answer? A combination of dedication, self-care and help from professionals.

Spoelstra writes in text over a video of her doing repetitive leg lifts a list of 10 “maintenance” secrets that you “may or may not like.”

Right off the bat, the former Miami Heat cheerleader informs her viewers about her past career, saying she began competitive dancing at age 5.

Cosmetic surgery started early due to being bullied, having a procedure to pin back her ears back at just 12, something she’s talked openly about on her socials.

Dental work also entered the chat. Spoelstra says she got Invisalign braces twice, once at age 22 and again at 34. It’s unclear what the issues were with her smile.

Despite having three kids in five years (sons Santiago, 7, Dante, 5, and daughter Ruby, 3), the West Kendall native was able to bounce back to her pre-baby weight the “old-fashioned way,” diet and exercise.

Some plastic surgery eventually followed, including a breast augmentation after her first pregnancy, as well as liposuction on her tummy and flanks after her third, the 38-year- old reveals. Another assist came in the form of the GLP-1 tirzepatide, but Spoelstra didn’t specify whether it was Mounjaro or Zepbound.

Injectables? The “Becoming: HER” host has unapologetically had her share: Face, lips and even the booty (”the other girls won’t tell you about their [peach emoji] though,” she writes).

The fitness enthusiast, who works out three times a week twice a day, had more work done just this year, concludes the post — a lower blepharoplasty (aka “bleph”) to remove under-eye circles and another boob job.

People in the comments applauded Spoelstra’s willingness to give up the goods, with more than a few folks asking the names of her doctors.

“Love the honesty and transparency!”

“Mic drop! I LOVE the truth bombs! Everyone else is out here pretending life is effortless, and you’re the one saying, Nope! Nothing comes without showing up.”

“This list is REAL! People have all kind of surgeries done and pretend like they don’t! No need for people to be ashamed! You can do you, period.”
