Fitness guru Tracy Anderson opens first Florida studio — in Miami
She picked the right place — and the right time.
Right before eating season.
Tracy Anderson just opened her first fitness studio in Florida, in Coral Gables, citing demand from fans. That’s her 10th location in the world, including spots in the Hamptons, Los Angeles and London.
“A Miami studio has been bubbling with possibilities for so many years,” said Anderson in a release. “The space is designed as a sanctuary where people can come as they are to deeply improve their health, honor their movement span, and practice how to truly be with their bodies.”
The Indiana native’s still popular 20-year-old-plus “Method” — known for targeted toning through cardio and mat work — has legions of followers including celebs like JLo, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, plus regular folks who just want to look good in a bikini.
Last Thursday night, Anderson celebrated her entree into the 305’s wellness scene with a fancy party at pal/client Oana Reedy’s home just a stone’s throw from the sleek, 5,500-square-foot space.
Among the well-heeled guests was one of our newest residents, pop star Robbie Williams, who just bought a mansion in the area from “Real Housewives of Miami” alum Nicole Martin and her attorney fiancé Anthony Lopez.
Anderson shared snapshots from the gathering on her Instagram — the first one was her posing with the “Lazy Days” singer.
“This past week has felt like a dream, the kind you need the perfect song for so I’m kicking off this carousel with the legendary @robbiewilliams, the king of feeling and one of my favorite artists,” said the 50-year-old’s caption. “My heart is full. Here’s to opening this chapter with presence, connection, and joy. Here’s to showing up for ourselves and each other one of the most sacred things we can do.”
Next location for Anderson in the Sunshine State? We hear Palm Beach in 2026.
