Ivanka Trump shares life lessons on her birthday in Instagram post. Take a look

Ivanka Trump isn’t worrying about aging on her birthday, she’s looking inward.

In an intense Instagram post Thursday, her 44th, the mother of three included various family album style photos over the last few years, plus some words of wisdom.

Among the pics in the carousel are her father, President Donald Trump, in D.C.; her husband Jared Kushner and three kids; and her maternal grandmother “Babi,” who lives with them in Indian Creek Village. Older brother Donald Jr. is seen in the background of one snap from Inauguration Day 2024.

“Family remains the heartbeat of my life. Everything expands outward from there,” begins the lengthy caption. “Peace is born not of forgetting, but of transforming pain into wisdom.”

The former political advisor then quotes 13th century Persian poet Rumi: “The wound is the place where the Light enters you. True healing asks for patience. The strength to sit with what shattered before building what’s next. In that stillness, empathy becomes architecture.”

The native New Yorker also shared her views on the importance of being kind, “the simplest form of greatness,” and to appreciate beauty; e.g., “A sunset, a song, a child’s question — each is a summons back to the present.” Also, she told her 8.7 million followers, hold onto to your friendships, which are “sacred ground.”

The last on the list of her 15 points of reflection: “Don’t mistake busyness for purpose. The most meaningful work often comes in stillness.”

Last year, on her 43rd, Trump had a similarly introspective post, which fell right before Election Day, when POTUS was in the last stages of fighting for the White House, again.

Among the key pieces of advice back then: “Guard your peace.”
