Many of us would give up a minor organ to look as amazing as Gisele Bündchen.
Sorry to break it to you, though. Even the world’s best plastic surgeon couldn’t replicate the Brazilian’s catwalk-ready physique or perfectly sculpted face thanks to ridiculously rare DNA.
But you can at least follow her example for your own self-improvement journey.
The supermodel’s No. 1 piece of advice is just one word: move.
In a new Instagram post, with the Black Eyed Peas’ “Rock Your Body” playing, Bündchen appears in a carousel of videos of her in full exercise mode. The Surfside beauty’s seen working out on a mat, surfing a wave, riding a bike with no hands and sparring with her man, Joaquim Valente, a jiu-jitsu instructor in North Miami.
“Movement is medicine,” writes Bundchen, 45. “For your heart, your muscles, and just as importantly, for your mind and soul. Every time you move, you shift more than just your limbs. You move stagnant energy. You release stored emotion.”
The mother of three’s Rx includes suggestions like doing a session at the gym, taking a walk, or even just dancing in your kitchen.
“Today, choose movement not as a chore, but as a gift you give yourself.”
