Mark Wahlberg just became a Florida man in a big way. The rapper turned Oscar-nominated actor just closed on a mansion in West Delray Beach, plunking down a cool $37 million.

According to Realtor.com, Wahlberg will be living like a king at this fully furnished seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom, (approximately) 18,000-square-foot (plus) gem.

Sitting on a 2.7-acre lot in the ultra exclusive gated community of Stone Creek Ranch, the massive estate, aka Palazza di Lago, has amenities galore. Think a tennis court; saltwater lagoon/pool; movie theater; cigar lounge; wine cellar; and —perfect for the famous fitness buff— a “wellness wing,” with full gym, sauna and massage room.

“Inspired by the tranquil glamour of Lake Como and infused with the seductive allure of Bond’s Casino Royale, this Italian contemporary masterpiece is an ode to elegance, privacy, and security,” reads the Zillow listing, which calls the 2017 home “one of the most distinguished and impeccably executed residential compounds in the United States.”

Wahlberg, who spent some time down in South Florida shooting 2013’s dark comedy “Pain and Gain,” has apparently ditched Hollywood for good. In 2022, the Bostonian moved his family to Las Vegas. He told People magazine that Vegas was a “place where my kids can thrive and do their thing and pursue their interests.”

Wahlberg shares four kids with wife, model Rhea Durham — Ella, 22, Michael, 19, Brendan, 17, and Grace, 15.

We’re sure the brood will be able to thrive just fine in their new Sunshine State digs as well.

Wahlberg reportedly bought this magnificent spread from spec developer Aldo Stark, of Prestige Design Homes. The local real estate mogul purchased it January for $26 million, gave it a spectacular glow-up, then relisted in March for $45M.

The property was listed with Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman and the buyer was represented by Michael Costello of Compass, we were told.
