The Weeknd has arrived.

Nope, sorry, it’s not Friday yet (note the spelling). We’re talking about Starboy, aka Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, who just plunked down major coin for a place in Miami.

As per The Wall Street Journal, the 35-year-old pop/R&B star purchased a sprawling — as in 18,963-square-feet — mansion in the exclusive gated community of Gables Estates, in Coral Gables. Illustrious neighbors include fellow hitmaker Pharrell Williams who has collabed before on such tracks as “Closing Night.” We hope that the Weeknd uses all that room to build a recording studio so these two Grammy winners can make more beautiful music together.

Also down the block is “Real Housewives of Miami” alum Nicole Martin and her attorney fiancé Anthony Lopez, who recently snapped up a $35M mansion there in September.

The “Can’t Feel My Face” singer paid more than that for his styling bachelor pad, reportedly right around the $54M mark.

The eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom property, located on a 1.2-acre lot, features such amenities as a pool with hot tub, outdoor kitchen, private dock, and, we’re going to go out on a limb here, amazing water views.

The Weeknd’s pending deal was brokered by Eddie Martinez and Roland Ortiz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
