Travis Kelce turned 36 on Sunday (the pop queen doesn’t catch up until Dec. 13). So how did the Kansas City Chiefs player celebrate? By supporting Swift on a work trip to Florida.
The “New Heights” podcaster jetted into Jacksonville to prep for a “Monday Night Football” matchup with the Jaguars at EverBank Stadium (despite the tight end’s touchdown, his team lost 28 to 31).
At least the NFL baller had fun the night before. According to a Kelce brothers fan account, Kelce played the dutiful fiancé by attending a showing of the “Official Release Party of a Showgirl” at Cinemark Tinseltown theater in Jax. The 89-minute flick, on big screens just three days, is a visual accompaniment to Swift’s highly anticipated new album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”
The three-time Super Bowl champ was accompanied by his mom Donna, who has a place about two hours south in the Orlando area, as well as her brother Don Blalock Jr. and his wife Joan, who reportedly live in North Palm Beach.
The account shows the four of them dressed up in the spirit of Tay’s album, holding feathery fans.
In the comments section, folks were loving that her man and his fam would show up for the formerly unlucky in love Grammy winner, who is busy on the talk-show circuit (she sat down with Jimmy Fallon while Kelce was doing his thing on the field and chats with Seth Meyers on Wednesday).
