Shake it off!

Blake Lively didn’t let a little thing like an ongoing lawsuit with her former costar/ director get in the way of her fun (more on that later).

On Monday, the actress showed her Instagram followers snippets from an enviable workcation at Universal Studios Orlando in Central Florida.

The 38-year-old was accompanied by her niece Kate Johnson, who was tagged in a pic posing with “Sponge Bob Square Pants” characters Patrick and Squidward.

We didn’t see Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds nor any of their four kids, ranging in ages 2 to 10, in the carousel of photos. But the caption implies at least the little ones were there. (Don’t expect to see their faces; the famous mama bear has fiercely attempted to protect them from paparazzi since birth).

“Worked in Orlando this week, and like any responsible adult, decided to stay to play,” wrote Lively. “Any excuse to sneak my babies with me. Each park was more incredible than the last.”

The “Gossip Girl” star added that she especially enjoyed the newly opened EPIC Universe, the resort’s latest attraction. The theme park is made up of five immersive themed “lands” connected by “majestic portals” full of characters from Nintendo, Harry Potter, “How to Train Your Dragon,” classic horror flicks and more.

“Man, oh man, that EPIC park is something special,” continued Lively’s post. “When you’re in there, it feels like you’re living inside the movies. So magical. Core memories for all of us.”

After the trip, it was back to reality and ongoing legal drama with Justin Baldoni over what allegedly transpired during the filming of the 2024 romantic drama “It Ends With Us.”

Lively first filed a federal suit against Baldoni a few months after its release, accusing the 41-year-old and his Wayfarer Studios of sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment and coordinating with a crisis PR team to smear her.

Baldoni denied all allegations and countersued the actress and Reynolds, as well as the New York Times, which first published the news of her suit. His multimillion dollar suit claiming extortion and defamation was dismissed over the summer by a New York judge.

Lively’s case, however, is going forward, heading to trial in March 2026.

The day Lively posted about her Florida trip, TMZ caught up with Baldoni at LAX airport to ask how things were going. .

“I’m actually doing wonderful,” he said. “I’ve got a lot of love.”
