Late last month, Emma Heming dropped a bombshell about her famous husband, Bruce Willis on national television.

In an ABC interview with Diane Sawyer about her new book, “The Unexpected Journey,” the former model revealed that Willis was living in a separate home amid his battle with frontotemporal dementia. The “Die Hard” star, 70, was diagnosed with the advancing, rare neurological disease known as FTD in early 2023.

After facing backlash from the beloved movie star’s fans/online trolls who thought she and their two kids should all be under the same roof, Heming doubled down.

The 49-year-old Malta native told Michael Strahan on “GMA” on Tuesday that the topic was not up for debate.

“I know that Bruce has the best care 100 percent of the time,” she told the host. “His needs are met 100 percent of the time, as well as our two young daughters, so I’m not gonna take a vote on that.”

While at a Books and Books event at Pinecrest’s The Hub Wednesday night, Heming received support from another movie star, Gabrielle Anwar.

The “Scent of a Woman” actress, who’s lived in South Florida for years, moderated the conversation, which one attendee told Miami.com was “moving and profound.”

In a clip taken by a guest, Anwar — who recently wrote an essay about her struggle with bipolar disorder — listened and didn’t judge.

“Each little obstacle that’s overcome, give yourself a pat on the back,” Anwar told her. “Celebrate with your family and assure yourself you’re doing the right thing and heading in the right direction.”

“Yeah, I mean, we’re learning,” Heming agreed. “You know, when you become a caregiver, you’re thrust into this role without any previous knowledge.”

Also in the audience was Anwar’s husband, philanthropist Shareef Malnik, who shared pictures of the event on Instagram:

“Two compassionate and smart women discussing dementia, caregiving, heartache, and finding light in the darkness.”

Heming later signed books for the over 200 attendees.
