Slowly but surely, Brooke Oleksy is finding peace about her famous father Hulk Hogan.

Though she was estranged from the WWE legend for years, and didn’t attend his memorial earlier this month, she finally got to say goodbye on Tuesday.

The 37-year-old mother of two phoned into Bubba the Love Sponge’s radio show the day after paparazzi snapped her outside the Clearwater, Fla., funeral home where Hogan’s remains currently rest.

Oleksy told Bubba she wanted to see the WWE icon with her own eyes and to also confirm that he’d had an autopsy. The former “Hogan Knows Best” star had offered to pay for one after questioning the circumstances surrounding his July 24 death, listed as a heart attack.

But Hogan’s current wife, Skye Daily, was the only one who could approve the procedure, which she reportedly did.

Bubba asked Oleksy point blank if she pulled back her father’s gown to see the medical examiner’s “incisions”.

“You know, my daddy raised me to be tough,” she said. “I had to do what I had to do to make sure that I saw what I needed to see.”

The experience, though difficult, helped her with the healing process.

“I feel more lighthearted about it today,” she said. “I do believe he’s not in his body, he’s in the spirit realm and he’s in a good place. That puts my heart at ease.”

Oleksy added that Hogan is extremely well preserved.

“His biggest concern was he never wanted his fans or anybody to see him feeble or weak,” she continued. “He literally looked as big and as strong and as beautiful as you could ever imagine him.”

Though a police investigation into the legendary entertainer’s death is ongoing, Oleksy said all parties are cooperating.

“We don’t have answers yet, but everyone’s working in concert,” she explained. “There’s a feeling [of] we all want to get to the bottom of this.”

Also on Wednesday, Oleksy checked in with TMZ, informing them she’d watched the bodycam footage of first responders working on her dad, and heard the 911 call.

“A lot of those things put the pieces together.”
