An absolutely stunning waterfront mansion in Miami Beach owned by a famous basketball player can be yours.

Caveat: You’ll need a boatload of money.

Former Miami Heat player Hassan Whiteside has listed his sprawling (as in 9,424 square-feet) compound in the prestigious Lakeview neighborhood for $15.8 million.

Worth it? Most definitely. The tri-level, five-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate is located in the prestigious Lakeview neighborhood, tucked between Pine Tree and Alton Road, minutes from a bunch of 305 hot spots.

The hidden gem is also chock full of amenities, all with water views.

Highlights include a movie theater; chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances; rooftop lounge with firepit; resort-style pool with waterfall; and a mega-dock, offering direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Jill Eber, of The Jills Zeder Group, and Melissa Barragan, vice president of Dezer Platinum Realty, represent Whiteside, who was with the Heat from 2014 to 2019.

Two weekends ago, there was a VIP preview of the palatial abode for a few folks who frequent the Supercar Saturdays Florida exotic car show (i.e., high net worth individuals). Seven-foot-tall Whiteside is seen in an Instagram video towering over Eber and Barragan in the driveway, which easily fit almost 20 exotic cars.

“There is no shortage of luxury here,” said Eber in the clip. “Spectacular, modern house. Check it out! If you’re a car buff, this is it.”

Added Barragan: “This house is everything you could dream of.”
