A spiritual retreat with rock star vibes in South Florida can be yours if you’ve got $1.75M lying around.

Styx co-founder and bassist Charles “Chuck” Panozzo is selling his home in the artsy, hipster hamlet of Wilton Manors, near Fort Lauderdale.

The two-bedroom, three-bathroom, approximately 1,600-square-foot home was built in 1952 and looks more like a plush pad you’d find in Bali, not Broward.

Most of the unique amenities at this Zen tropical oasis aka “La Serenidad,” are outside — think a lushly landscaped garden, multiple fountains, two koi ponds, and several gazebos, ideal for hot yoga, meditation or detoxing from your smartphone.

“A beautiful place where you can live the best of both worlds,” says the Zillow description. “Every corner of the outdoor space is thoughtfully designed to unwind.”

It’s unclear why the 76-year-old musician would ever want to leave this stunning sanctuary which he scooped up in 2007 for $305,000, but he doesn’t appear to be retiring. The band the Chicago native cofounded, known for such hits as “Come Sail Away,” “Babe” and “Mr Roboto,” is currently on tour, hitting Destin, Fla., on Oct. 9-11. Panozzo, who came out in 2001 and is HIV positive, still plays with Styx when he is physically able.

Juan Zapata and Susan Rindley of One Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.
