How close are the Cavinder Twins?

So much so that they got matching boob jobs.

Hanna and Haley Cavinder, 24, revealed they were both were going under the knife on Wednesday.

The Indiana born TikTokers let their fans know what was going on, using the double cherry emoji as a symbol for their, um, anatomy.

The former Hurricanes basketball stars shared a clip before the procedure, with Haley being attended to by a nurse, joking her sister got seen first because she was three minutes older.

On Thursday, the athletes gave another update that all had gone according to plan, reporting that they used silicone implants from Houston based company Motiva USA. Yes, to answer your burning question: They are the same size.

“With our active lifestyle, we wanted a natural look that gives a little shape under a tee,” said the caption that doubled as an ad. “They adjust with your body — round when lying down, natural when standing ... exactly the look we were going for.”

The Cavinders’ plastic surgeon was not a local, but Fort Worth based Dr. Jon Kurkjian.

In the comments section came a lot of congratulations, but there were at least a few doubters who thought the women looked fine before.

“Why?”

“It’s just too bad two beautiful young ladies felt they had to do this. I just wish society wouldn’t make women feel the need to do.”

“Been nice to just leave the way God made you.”

At least one person seemed OK with whatever choice the siblings made with their own bodies.

“LOVE The Twins, With Or Without The Ta-Tas!”
