Bethenny Frankel worked hard for that body, so you can’t blame her for wanting to show it off.

Three days after her jaw-dropping appearance at the Sports Illustrated show at the W South Beach Saturday night, Frankel was back in her element — a bathing suit.

On Tuesday morning, the 54-year-old Skinnygirl founder posted an Instagram video in her kitchen mixing up a smoothie in a blender. The NSFW hot-girl anthem she was dancing to is “Ran Out,” by the City Girls’ JT. We can’t reprint the lyrics here, but they involve shaking one’s, um, rear end — which she did, while rocking a zebra print one piece and crop top.

Hashtags included #supermodel. #imthatb and #cuzisayso.

Frankel wasn’t done riding the wave. A few hours later, the onetime “Real Housewives” star sent a shout-out to both her fans as well as (ageist) haters.

The video montage showed snippets of the now viral Miami Swim Week show, set to George Michaels’ classic “Freedom.” In the clip, Frankel rocked a variety of skimpy-meets-stunning styles, accessorized by hair extensions, a spray tan and killer abs.

“Whether you’re 18 or 98,” said the post, “everyone deserves to feel alive, happy, and free.”

Most of the commenters seemed to be sending positive vibes her way.

“Breaking the Internet and we’re here for it!”

“Rock it ladies at any age!”

“You are such an inspiration.”

“Yes, queen.”
