Aaaaand it’s back.

It’s time for party people to start their engines again.

Formula One returns to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens for the fourth annual Miami Grand Prix May 2-4 – and for the first time, you may actually get to be trackside.

Single-day tickets are now on sale, starting at an inflation-friendly $65 to attend Friday’s opening practice, up to $505 for Sunday’s main event.

But if you if prefer less noise, better parking and fewer crowds, there’s an alternative event that still lets you feel like you are part of the Autodrome action. The four-day Racing Fan Fest at Wynwood Marketplace kicks off Thursday, May 1. Did we mention it’s free?

Just because the fest doesn’t cost anything doesn’t mean it isn’t way worthy, or the venue isn’t cool. The 75,000-square-foot plus, open-air marketplace is the perfect place to celebrate all things F1 from afar.

And not just celebrate. You’ll be able to channel your inner Max Verstappen by taking the wheel of one of the state-of-the-art racing simulators on site.

If you really want to live vicariously and feel like you’re in the pit, head into the Red Bull Zone, where you can test your skills changing the tires of an authentic F1 car. This is not virtual, so prepare to put in some elbow grease.

Not into the whole racecar thing? The Swarm event also features DJ sets, live performances, pop-ups, celeb appearances, as well as noshes and drinks from local eateries and national brands. Plus, it goes without saying, a ton of selfie photo ops await.
