We heard juicy gossip from up north. Tiger Woods is “secretly” dating Vanessa Trump, the Daily Mail reported.
This isn’t as unusual pairing as one might think.
Both Woods, 49, and Trump, 47, have a mutual connection in that they are parents to youth athletes who attend the Benjamin School in Palm Beach.
Donald Trump Jr.’s ex wife is mom to 17 year old Kai, who has already committed to University of Miami’s golf program. Woods’ son Charlie, 16 – whose mom is Elin Nordegren – followed in his dad’s footsteps. The PGA great and Jr.’s ex are reportedly often seen together on the sidelines during matches. (Woods’ daughter Sam, also 17, is a soccer star with the Benjamin Buccaneers, and will go to his alma mater, Stanford University.)
The newish relationship is said to be still “very casual,” which isn’t surprising given Woods’ track record since his 2010 divorce amid a cheating scandal. After a nasty breakup in October 2022, his restaurant manager/live-in girlfriend Erica Herman sued the 15-time major champ for $30 million, alleging he broke an oral tenancy agreement when she had to move out of his Hobe Sound, Florida, home. Herman eventually dropped the suit and the case was dismissed.
This kind of baggage likely wouldn’t bother the president’s ex daughter in law, who is accustomed to life in the spotlight.
“Vanessa has always gone for guys who are either well known or have something big going for them,” a second source told People.
