Don’t worry about Lindsay Lohan. The “Mean Girls” star is doing — and looking — great.

The 38 year old is happily married to Dubai-based businessman Bader Shammas — a University of South Florida and University of Tampa alum — and they have a baby daughter named Luai.

Now, as far as the actress’ dad, Michael Lohan goes? That situation isn’t as sunny, as per TMZ. There’s currently an active warrant out for his arrest in Florida.

The trouble started last month for the 64-year-old former investment banker, who has a decent sized rap sheet. On Feb. 21, Lohan was arrested in Spring, Texas, outside Houston, where he now lives, after an altercation with his estranged wife Kate Major, 42. They have two kids together.

A representative for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News Digital that Major told deputies that Lohan had flipped her out of a chair at their home causing her “pain and discomfort.” Bruising was observed on the former gossip reporter, who also has had her share of legal problems.

Lohan’s rep Mike Quinn shared a statement with Fox News Digital at the time, saying his client is not only a “devoted father” but a “loving husband” who is trying to better himself.

“His dedication to his younger boys and his unwavering support for his wife reflect his deep love and commitment to his family,” continued the statement. “Michael has consistently stood by Kate’s side, offering his support through her own journey toward sobriety — a challenge they’ve faced together with courage and compassion.”

Now, this is where a score card would come in handy.

The aforementioned arrest (for alleged felony assault) violated the terms of Lohan’s 2022 probation when he was convicted on five counts of patient brokering in West Palm Beach. As per court documents, the New York native, 64, took kickbacks to steer addicts to a certain rehab facility back in April 2021.

Lohan is expected to be extradited to the Sunshine State soon, sources told TMZ.
