Days after his DUI arrest in Maitland, Florida, earlier this week, Marcus Jordan is breaking his silence, sort of.

Michael Jordan’s 34-year-old son took to Instagram Stories on Thursday, addressing his 174,000 followers, brief and to the point.

“I appreciate everyone reaching out,” said the text over a picture of his Trophy Room Store in Orlando. “[I] won’t be making any comments on any recent media stories and my personal life. I sincerely appreciate your concerns & thank you for your kind understanding.”

The sneaker entrepreneur adds that his focus will remain on growing his business, which sells assorted sports memorabilia (think lots of No. 23 jerseys). So if you want to find out more details about his run-in with the law, you’ll need to take a trip over to Central Florida and browse his shop.

What information we do have is from a police report as well as dashcam and bodycam footage.

At around 1 a.m. Tuesday, officers from the Maitland Police Department approached Jordan’s Lamborghini SUV that was stuck on a railroad crossing, with a train soon approaching.

“We thought we were making a right and I [bleeping] turned onto the train tracks, apparently,” explained Jordan, who was accompanied by a female passenger.

As another officer attempts to search his pockets , the UCF grad gives up the goods.

“I’m Marcus Jordan. I’m Michael Jordan’s son,” he told cops. “I’m not doing anything wrong! I’m just trying to get home and I made a wrong turn. OK? Clearly, we would like to get our car off of the [bleeping] train tracks.”

The report says the basketball scion, who admitted to having some drinks at a nearby gentlemen’s club, smelled of “alcohol,” had “glassy eyes” and a dry mouth.

“Defendant’s speech was loud, profane and belligerent,” said the MPD complaint. “He exhibited a sarcastic, patronizing attitude towards the arresting officer. The defendant was fidgeting constantly and talked incessantly, getting agitated and confrontational when given commands or asked questions.”

Larsa Pippen’s ex went on to fail three field sobriety tests and a powdery substance found in his pockets tested positive for cocaine.

Jordan was arrested on three charges, including DUI crash with property damage, possession of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence. He was booked briefly into the Orange County Jail on $4,000 bail.
