It’s been a minute since we’ve seen Anna Kournikova in the 305.

Despite the fact that the former tennis champ has lived in the Bay Point area of Miami with Enrique Iglesias and their three kids for years, a sighting of her is rare.

That all changed last Saturday when eagle-eyed paparazzi snapped Kournikova at Bal Harbour Shops, being pushed around the tony outdoor mall in a wheelchair.

The fuzzy pics show the Moscow native in a messy updo and all black sweatsuit, wearing a medical boot. Two young girls are tagging along, who appear to be her two daughters Lucy, 7, and Mary, 4.

Alas, we have no idea what ails Kournikova. Ski accident? Gym fail? Old injury? The 43 year old isn’t one to update her social media channels, only giving occasional glimpses of her amazing life with Iglesias.

These two, who met on the set of the 2001 music video for his hit “Escape,” are so under the radar about their personal life that it’s unclear if they are even legally married.

One clue: Kournikova’s Instagram account does carry her last name as “Iglesias.“

The retired athlete’s last update was from June 2024, giving the 49 year old pop star a shout-out: “Happy Father’s Day to my man!” said the caption. “And to All the Dads!”
