Bye, bye Billionaire Bunker?

Tom Brady may be bidding farewell to his mega bachelor pad in Indian Creek Village, home to such high profile folks as Jeff Bezos, Ivanka Trump and Ken Griffin.

According to widespread media outlets, Brady is pondering unloading the ecofriendly mansion that he began building when he was still married to Gisele Bundchen in 2020.

A lot has transpired since the then couple bought a $17 million, 5,772-square-foot property in the exclusive enclave in Miami Beach and completely gutted it. While the dream home was being remodeled, the parents of two split. Brady moved into a rental nearby to oversee the extreme makeover, and his supermodel ex bought a place across the way in Surfside for easier coparenting.

The NFL legend only recently moved in to the stunning estate, while the catwalk veteran awaits the birth of a baby with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente.

Unlike Bundchen, Brady doesn’t appear to have moved onto a new relationship, so perhaps the waterfront two-level manse is too big for his needs.

Or even more likely, the deal would be an excellent business move; Indian Creek Village’s property values have skyrocketed since the pandemic. According to industry pros familiar with the situation, the Super Bowl champ’s crib, which includes an infinity pool, dock, vegetable patch and pickleball court, is currently valued at around $150 million.
