Ex ‘Mob Wives’ star missed two flights home to Florida, now she’s missing: report
UPDATE: Natalie DiDonato has been found safe in Las Vegas after being reported missing. Her mother, Denise Fuoco, confirmed to NBC News that DiDonato was “fine” and attempting to get home.
What happened to Natalie “Nat D” DiDonato?
The onetime “Mob Wives” star is believed to be missing, TMZ first reported, citing law enforcement.
A missing person report was filed on Tuesday after DiDonato, 44, missed two separate flights back to South Florida from Las Vegas. One flight was said to have been set for Jan. 5, the other for Jan. 20.
The Las Vegas Police Department confirmed the Jan. 21 report to People magazine.
The VH1 alum’s mother, Denise Fuoco, told TMZ that they last spoke more than a week ago via FaceTime when DiDonato had to rush off the phone, and she was unable to reach her daughter again.
One of DiDonato’s friends named “Ben” told Fuoco on Monday that she had reached out to him asking for money for a flight home, the woman told TMZ. He agreed to purchase the ticket, but after she didn’t board, he filed the report.
It’s unclear where in South Florida DiDonato lives, but many photos on her Instagram tag her in the Miami area. One pinned post sees her posing for a photo shoot in Miami Beach over the summer. Her most recent post was from last month, celebrating a 10-pound weight loss.
“I love me some me,” said the caption. “Getting older is a blessing, can’t believe I made it this far. I’m embracing my age because to me it’s a badge of honor to have made it to 44.”
DiDonato, aka Nat D, first made an appearance on “Mob Wives” — which followed the relatives of reputed mobsters in Staten Island, in season 5 — airing in 2014. She is a cousin of Frankie “Flowers” D’Alfonso, who was killed in a gangland-style shooting on a Philadelphia street in 1985.
