That’s a wrap.

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo have finalized their contentious divorce after roughly two years of negotiations.

The “Bachelorette” contestant and chiropractor fell in love on season 13 of the ABC dating show in 2017, and married in 2019. But their union quickly began to crumble after relocating to Abasolo’s hometown of Miami.

During the COVID pandemic, after moving to Los Angeles for Lindsay’s gig on “Extra,” tensions came to a head. Abasolo ended up filing for divorce in January 2023, citing irreconcilable difference; soon enough, their “War of the Roses” style split began to make headlines.

In court papers, Lindsay, 39, complained that the two were so incommunicado that she found out about the end of her marriage via text.

Despite the subsequent tension between them, the Bachelor Nation couple was forced to live together due to financial reasons, with Lindsay claiming she was footing most of the bills.

“Since we separated, I have paid 100 percent of the mortgage, property taxes, homeowner’s insurance, maintenance and repairs, utilities, and costs to care for our pets (including their food, medicine, daycare, boarding, vet bills, pet insurance) on Bryan’s behalf while he refuses to vacate my home,” said divorce papers. “Except for paying our gardener and 50 percent of our housekeeping costs, Bryan continues to reside in my house without contributing any funds to the carrying costs.”

The latest settlement? A judge ruled that the “Higher Learning” podcaster can keep both her 3-carat diamond Neil Lane engagement ring and wedding band along with her Southern California home and 2023 Porsche Macan.

The University of Florida alum, aka “Dr. Abs,” gets their furnished Miami condo, 2021 Honda Accord and all of his personal property, including jewelry, clothing, books and more.

Though in the early days of their bitter negotiations Lindsay was ordered to fork over $13,257 a month to Abasolo, 44, in temporary spousal support, that money train will end.

According to In Touch Weekly, Abasolo “waives, discharges and releases” Lindsay from “any and all” future payments.

Both are responsible for their own attorney fees.
